Order out of chaos - 1 página

This paper presents an interview with Wayne Gwilym, director of Human Resources of the company Rockwool, where the experience of the company, which was chaotic, 'pues had negative and unmotivated workers because there were no policies or procedures adequate, however, at present, workers of the company have accepted the change of culture in the company, work together and use tools such as e-learning, contributing to the transformation of the business. Gwilym describes the chaos that was because no one knew how things should be done properly, but the workforce was good, only that there was a balance between commitment and accountability and labor rights, which generated completely unmotivated staff. The solution to this problem was to develop employment policies in collaboration with managers, employees and HR professionals, working together and chart the way forward for the betterment of the organization.
