Resumen: This document produce a methodological report that includes a definition of information and analysis elements for policies for human resources (HR) in Ryamp;D including data, indicators, policies and programmes and related intelligence to be added to existing ERAWATCH base-load inventory temmplates (BLIT) and ensuring the data, indicators and information can be collected in the future for the base-load inventoru in a cost-effective manner.
