The codes of ethics are clear and unambiguous and are interred in varios regulations, guidelines and laws. Having defined the purpose od the Service, the next concern is to address how best to foster integrity as an enduring culture in the Public Service. Government, as an employer, must recognize the imperative of paying public servants remunerations that enable them to live with human dignity.
