Resumen: This report reviews the governance of decentralised pay setting in the central government administrations in Australia, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The review focuses on the decentralisation from the centre to a lower level; possible secondary delegations are not covered. Pay bargaining and industrial relations are not covered by the review, and the report only discusses these issues when it is necessary as a background to the main theme.
