Conceptual framework and methodology -- Rule of Law Index, Version 2.0 -- Country profiles
Resumen: The World Justice Project (WJP) is a multinational and multidisciplinary initiative to strengthen the rule of law for the development of communities of opportunity and equity throughout the world. A key element of that initiative is the WJP’s Rule of Law Index—a new quantitative assessment tool designed to offer a detailed and comprehensive picture of the extent to which countries around the world adhere to the rule of law. By measuring performance on a periodic basis across a large number of variables, the Index offers a road map that can aid governments, private actors and civil society in identifying opportunities for targeted reforms.
