Education disrupted -- Organizations and work

In this edition of The Fifth Conference is taking a closer look at the development of people and organizations. If you listen to the corporate human resources managers and educators, you're bound to hear a lot of talk about "empowerment", "commitment" and "triggering" human potential. Is this a repeat of humanist wave (remember Abraham Maslow) or somethingelse on hand? It is believed to have little to do with intellectual fashion but everything to do with technology and Internet.
